Hilltop Medical Uninsured Patient Fee Schedule 

Even if a BC resident is insured under the Medical Services Plan (MSP) and / or other affiliated medical plans (i.e. Blue Cross, Sun Life, etc.), not all services provided by a doctor are covered.

Patients are responsible to ensure they are covered by MSP prior to their appointment with any Hilltop physician. If you do not have proper coverage you will be charged the private uninsured "Non-MSP" patient encounter fee (age-based fee).

The services as noted in the fee schedule (linked below) are considered not medically required and are billed directly to the patient.  These services include, but not limited to, forms, sick notes, drivers' exams, EI forms, disability tax credit forms, insurance requests, medical-legal requests etc.

Doctors of BC has established recommended fees for non-MSP-insured services to help guide doctors in setting a reasonable value for these services.

 *** All invoices must be paid in full prior to any completed documents, forms, letters, etc., being released.
