Online Booking Now Available!

 To enter the online booking system, please book online you will use:

• First & Last name

• Care Card (Health card) number

• Date of Birth

⦁    Select the Correct POD:

Be sure to select the POD where your Hilltop family physician works.

If you see a POD that is not for your family physician, please do not select it.

⦁    Confirmation and Reminders: 

Hilltop will send you an appointment confirmation within 24-hours of booking your appointment

You will also receive a reminder one business day prior to your appointment.

⦁    Editing Booked Online Appointments:  

You will not be able to access or edit your online booked appointment after it is made.

Any alterations or adjustments must be made by calling your Hilltop POD staff. 
 

Important Information for Online Booking, to ensure your appointment is not cancelled, please include the following details in your booking:

1. Direct Phone Number:

   • The direct phone number where you can be reached for your appointment.  

   • The doctor will not call a switchboard.

   • The doctor will not call multiple numbers. 

2. Reason for Appointment

   • A brief description of why you need the appointment.

3. Preferred Pharmacy:

   • If you need a prescription renewed, please provide the name and location of your preferred pharmacy.

4. Email Address:

   • If you need any documents or requisitions sent to you, include your email address.

Please Note:

• Online booking is available exclusively for Phone call appointments.

• In-Office Appointments must be booked directly with your Hilltop pod staff  (Call Hilltop Medical) 

• Walk-In and Locum Appointments must be booked directly with Hilltop staff. (Call Hilltop Medical)

Important :

Please be sure to note down the date and time of your appointment.

 

Unfortunately, due to system constraints, we are not able to send a confirmation when booked via online.

Your appointment will be confirmed on the last page of the online booking window.

 

An appointment reminder will be texted and / or emailed to you on the business day before your appointment.
