This is a centralized waitlist for residents of South Surrey / White Rock who are seeking a primary care provider (family physician) at Hilltop Medical Clinic.

Each family member must complete a new patient registration form (4-pages), regardless of age.

 

Please be aware this is a waitlist, and that we are currently experiencing a physician shortage in our area. When an opening with a Hilltop family physician becomes available, you will be contacted by the methods that you provide at the time of registry.
