Physician Updates

Dear patients,

It is with mixed emotions that we are informing you that we are retiring from our Family Practice effective July 31, 2022.  After more than 30 years in family practice, we have decided to concentrate solely on our Long-term care and Palliative work.

Happily we can reassure you that we have a new doctor taking over our combined list, so you will not be without a family doctor.  Dr. Gaussmann is scheduled to start in August 2022, so the transition will be seamless.  All of your medical records will be automatically transferred to his care (Dr. Gaussmann), there is no need to call and request this transfer.  

(Unfortunately we are not able to transfer your medical care to any other physicians in the clinic, we thank you for your attention to this).

We have very much enjoyed caring for you over the last 16 years.
