Hilltop Medical walk-in clinic is a family practice medical facility located in the heart of the South Surrey / White Rock community that accepts community patients on a walk-in basis.

• Each day, a set number of physicians are available.

• Physician schedules and patient capacity vary day-to-day and week-to-week.

• Each physician sees a predetermined number of patients during their shift, which varies by individual.

 

Joining the Queue

• Patients can join the queue each day, either in person at the clinic or by calling in.

• To be seen in person, we recommend being in the queue between 8:00 - 8:30 am (Monday to Saturday)

• We cannot guarantee an appointment on any given day due to limited availability.

 

Appointment System and Availability

• We operate on a same-day appointment basis to ensure fairness and accessibility.

• No pre-booked appointments are accepted to prevent booking at multiple clinics simultaneously.

• There are a limited number of spots for both in-office visits and phone consultations each day, filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Arrival and Capacity

• Early arrival (8:00 AM) to join the queue to register for the walk-in is recommended.

  • Walk-in spots are allocated, from the queue, starting after 8:45 AM, Monday to Saturday.

• The waiting room may not appear crowded however this does not necessarily indicate availability, as early arrivals may have filled the day's appointment slots.

 

Policies and Considerations

• No-show fees will apply, as failing to attend your appointment takes away an opportunity from someone else in need. (Click here for Hilltop private fees, including no show).

• Once we reach our daily capacity, unfortunately, we cannot accept more patients for that day.

• Hilltop is not an urgent care center. For urgent needs, please seek nearby urgent care centers or your local emergency departments.

• We kindly ask for your understanding and respect. Our staff are committed to doing their best to accommodate all patients within the available capacity. We strive to provide a safe and respectful environment for everyone. As such, any form of verbal or physical abuse, threats, or use of foul language towards our staff or other patients will not be tolerated. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful atmosphere for both patients and healthcare providers.
